Shipping policy
No duties will be applied to delivery.
Our delivery service is available throughout most of the Europe and is handled by multiple carriers.
We have no maximum limit except for the quantity available on the site, in case you need further quantities or information you can contact us by e-mail at info@italiangourmetuk.co.uk
It may happen that some of the selected products are out of stock, in which case we will offer a refund with notification by e-mail.
You can provide instructions on a specific place where you want to leave the package, for example, to a neighbor or on the porch, we will provide the notes for the courier, but it will always be the courier who deems the place of delivery appropriate.
If you received a damaged package, please sign with reserve, take a photo showing the damages and contact us immediately.
Delivery costs may vary depending on the weight of the order.

Delivery Time Workdays 7/11
The delivery times are given in working days and are guidelines.
If the shipment cannot be delivered directly to the recipient's address, it will be taken to the collection point.
Please, keep an eye on the tracking number in order to follow the delivery.
The storage time is 5 days, afterward, the parcel will be sent back to the sender.
In this case, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund at the return process time.
