Galletti No. 44 pasta moulds reminiscent of small animals from the garden or in the field are not uncommon. The origin of the Galletti is not certain, but can most likely be traced back to the Ligurian territories. It is a format that Chifferi Rigati reproduces by adding a wavy band in the upper part that resembles a rooster comb. Thanks to the double opening and distinctive grooves, they manage to mix even the most liquid and elusive sauces while catching all spices.
