CAPUTO FLOWER OATS 500g
Oat flour obtained by grinding oat flakes from pre-cleaned, dehulled, and then stabilized oat kernels. Ideal for gluten-free use. The blend and baked goods obtained through gluten-free processing are suitable for people with celiac disease who must follow a strictly gluten-free diet. This flour is also ideal for non-celiacs who choose a diet with less than 20 ppm of gluten.
