A delicious yet light recipe that doesn't compromise on the goodness of a soft, naturally leavened panettone. It contains no raisins or candied fruit, featuring instead an abundance of irresistible dark chocolate chips.
The product is made using selected low-lactose butter, resulting in a final lactose content of less than 0.01%.

INGREDIENTS: Type “0” soft wheat flour, chocolate 16% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin; natural vanilla flavoring), anhydrous butter* 11.5%, sugar, fresh egg yolk, natural sourdough starter 8% (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; invert sugar syrup, salt, natural flavorings.
May contain nuts and mustard.
*Butter content ensures a residual lactose level of less than 0.01% in the finished product.
