Molino Ardani Polenta Bramata Grossa 1 kg is a 100% Italian corn flour that takes its name from a typical dish from the regions of northern and central Italy that has very ancient origins. Polenta consists only of cornmeal and water and is often used as a main dish, garnished with a juicy meat or fish stew. This highly versatile ingredient can also be flavored with cheese to give it an extra layer of flavor. This is a Bramata version, so coarser, of the classic Polenta. This special grind gives the polenta a more rustic and textured taste. 100% Italian maize. Naturally gluten-free. Family run since 1930. Manufacturer information: Ardani, an Italian family history. Incredibly delicious. Instructions for use: Store in a cold and dry place. For one person, gently pour 80g of polenta into 500g of boiling salt water, stirring constantly. Watch out for hot splashes that may leak out of the pan. Cook for about 40 minutes. Ingredients: 100% Italian Corn. May contain traces of gluten and soy.
