Barilla 5 Cereali con riso rosso is a carefully balanced blend of five cereals with aromatic red rice. The grains remain nice grainy after cooking and provide bite, taste and an attractive look to your dishes.

Preparation: put the grain mix in plenty of boiling, lightly salted water and over medium heat for approx. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then drain and refine with olive oil, vegetables, herbs, tuna, feta or legumes as desired.
