Barilla Al Bronzo Fusilloni N.380 – 6 x 500 g (total 3 kg).

The Al Bronzo line is created with special bronze nozzles. This gives the Fusilloni an extra rough surface, which binds sauces exceptionally well and provides an intense mouth feel - professional result at home.

  • Shape: Large spirals with plenty of contact area & interior - perfect for strong sauces and oven pasta.
  • Cooking time (indicative value): approx. 11 minutes; test a little earlier for "al dente".
  • Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water. Allergen: cereals containing gluten (wheat). Vegan.
  • Preparation: Per 100g pasta 1L water & 7-10g salt Boil in sparkling water, stirring occasionally, drain and mix with sauce.
  • Ideas: tomato polpa & basil, ragù alla bolognese, salsiccia vegetable sugo creamy mushroom sauce, oven dishes, pasta salad.
  • Storage: cool, dry, protected from light, close well after opening.
