The Al Bronzo line is made with special bronze nozzles. This creates an extra rough surface that optimally binds sauces and gives an intense mouthfeel - just like in the trattoria.

  • Shape: Mezzi Rigatoni N.322 - shorter, fluted tubes for chunky tomato and meat sauces, creamy sauces & oven pasta.
  • Contents: 24 packs of 500g = 12kg supply.
  • Cooking time (indicative value): approx. 14 minutes; test a little earlier for "al dente".
