  • Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water. Allergen: Gluten Suitable for vegetarians/vegans.
  • Cooking time: approx. 10 minutes; try in between.
  • Suitable for: tomato sugo, pesto, ragù, oven dishes, cold salads.
  • Serving suggestion: boil in plenty of salted water (10g salt/L), with Italian gourmet polpa, olive oil, garlic and basil to make creamy sugo.
