The small Farfalline are classic soup noodles in butterfly shape. Made from 100% selected durum wheat semolina, they cook evenly, remain pleasantly bite-resistant and absorb broth and sauces excellently.

• Cooking time (indicative value): approx. 7 minutes; test a little earlier for "al dente".

• Preparation: Per 100g pasta 1L water and 7-10g salt Cook in sparkling water or directly in the soup, stirring occasionally.
