Barilla Farina Tipo "0" W270 is a high-quality soft wheat flour specially developed for the preparation of pizza, bread and focaccia. Thanks to the professional formula with selected soft wheat, you get an elastic, well-malleable dough and an even, crispy crust - just like in an Italian pizzeria.

This large container contains 3 bags of 5 kg and is ideal for frequent bakers, families, food trucks, restaurants, pizzerias and anyone who loves Italian baking. The flour is characterised by a thickness of approx. W270, perfect for medium length dough guides and direct or indirect doughs.

Whether classic margherita, rustic country bread or airy focaccia - with Barilla Farina Tipo "0" you can achieve reliable, reproducible results. The finely tuned mixture ensures optimal water absorption, good fermentation behaviour and even browning in the oven.

Instructions for use (preparation):
For pizza dough, mix flour with water, yeast, salt and a little olive oil. Knead into a smooth dough, let rise for 1-2 hours, roll out, top and bake in a well-preheated oven until the rim is golden brown. Use for bread or focaccia according to desired recipe.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from light. After opening, close well and preferably use within a few months. Do not store near strong smelling products.
