Barilla Farina Tipo "00" W170 is an extra finely ground soft wheat flour for the kitchen as in Italy. Thanks to the balanced thickness of approx. W170 is ideal as an all-purpose flour for sweet and savoury preparations - from cakes and pastries to fresh pasta to bread, pizza and focaccia.

Use / preparation suggestion:
Mix flour with water, yeast or baking powder, salt and according to the recipe sugar, eggs, butter or oil. Knead into a smooth dough, let rise according to the recipe and bake in the preheated oven until desired browning is achieved. For pasta, make dough with eggs and a little water, let it rest and roll out.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry and protected from light. After opening, close well and use within a few months. Do not store next to strong smelling products.
