Barilla Integrale Spaghetti combine the classic spaghetti experience with the full taste of 100% whole grain durum wheat. Thanks to the Barilla expertise since 1877, they impress with a pleasantly nutty note, high cooking stability and reliable al dente texture.

Why integrals? By grinding the whole grain, fibre and the characteristic taste are retained. The ingredient list is deliberately short: whole grain durum wheat semolina and water - nothing more and nothing less.

  • VERSATILE - Ideal for tomato and vegetable sauces, ragù, pesto, aglio e olio, seafood or as a base for flavorful pasta salads.
  • Cooking time 10 minutes: boil in plenty of salted water. For perfect emulsion, drain the pasta 1 minute before end and finish with a little cooking water in the pan.
