Barilla Integrale Tortiglioni combine the full aroma of 100% whole grain durum wheat with the iconic grooved tube shape. Thanks to Barilla's know-how since 1877, the pasta remains reliably al dente and carries sauces particularly well - ideal for savoury recipes of Mediterranean cuisine.

Why integrals? By grinding the whole grain, fibre and the characteristic, slightly nutty taste are retained. The ingredient list is deliberately short: whole grain durum wheat semolina and water.

  • Perfect sauce binding: strong grooves & thick wall thickness carry chunky tomato sauces, ragù, vegetable or cheese sauces - also ideal for oven pasta & casseroles.
  • Cooking time 11 minutes: boil in plenty of salted water. For gloss and binding, drain 1 minute before end and finish in the pan with a little boiling water.
  • Suitable for everyday use: family-friendly, successful, suitable for meal prep, pasta salads and conscious enjoyment.
