The practical 5 kg food service container is perfect for restaurants, canteens, catering, large kitchens or for families who like to buy in stock. Barilla guarantees consistent cooking quality with perfect "al dente" bite resistance and minimal cooking loss.
Recommended cooking time: approx. 12 minutes. Cook in plenty of boiling salt water until the desired bite resistance is achieved. Then drain and mix immediately with sauce, pesto or ragù.
