This set combines five popular shapes: Ditalini Lisci N°43, Risoni N°26, Fusilli N°98, Farfalle N°265 and Bucatini N°9 - each double. Made from 100% selected durum wheat semolina, they impress with even cooking, pleasant bite resistance and perfect absorption of sauce, broth and flavours.

  • Contents (total 5kg): 10 packs of 500g, 2 of each mould.
  • Cooking times (indicative values): Ditalini & Risoni approx. 10 minutes, Fusilli approx. 11 min., Farfalle approx. 12 minutes, Bucatini approx. 8-9 min.
  • Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water. Allergen: cereals containing gluten (wheat). Vegan.
  • Preparation: 1L of water & 7-10g salt per 100g of pasta Boil in sparkling water, stirring occasionally, drain and mix with sauce.
  • Perfect for: tomato polpa, ragù, pesto, vegetable sugo, oven dishes, pasta salad as well as soups & stews (Ditalini/Risoni).
  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Close well after opening.
