This versatile set contains 2 each of Fusilli, Penne Rigate, Tortiglioni, Farfalle and Pasta Mista. Each variety is made from 100% selected durum wheat semolina and impresses with perfect bite resistance, even cooking time and excellent sauce absorption.
- Contents (total 5 kg): 2 x Fusilli N°98, 2 x Penne Rigate N°73, 2 x Tortiglioni N°83, 2 x Farfalle N°265, 2 x Pasta Mista N°54.
- Cooking times (indicative): Farfalle & Tortiglioni ~ 12 min., Fusilli & Penne ~11 min., Pasta Mista ~9 min. For "al dente" try 1 minute earlier.
- Perfect for: family dinners, meal prep, celebrations, quick evening kitchen, pasta salad, oven dishes, classics like arrabbiata, carbonara, bolognese.
- Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water. Allergen: cereals containing gluten (wheat).
- Preparation: 1L of water & 7-10g salt per 100g of pasta Boil in sparkling water, stirring occasionally, drain, mix with sauce.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Close again after opening.
