The set contains 2 x Fusilli N°98, Farfalle N°265, Penne Rigate N°73, Risoni N°26, Ditalini Lisci N°43 and Pasta Mista N°54. Made from 100% selected durum wheat semolina, Barilla reliably delivers "al dente" bite and excellent absorption of sauce, broth and flavors.

  • Contents: 12 packs of 500g (total 6kg), 2 of each mould.
  • Cooking times (indicative values): Farfalle approx. 12 minutes, Fusilli & Penne approx. 11 min., Ditalini & Risoni approx. 10 minutes, pasta mista approx. 9 minutes. Check a little earlier for bite-proof.
  • Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water. Allergen: cereals containing gluten (wheat). Vegan.
  • Preparation: 1L of water & 7-10g salt per 100g of pasta Boil in sparkling water, stirring occasionally, drain and mix with sauce.
