The set contains 2 x Stelline N°27, Corallini N°31, Risoni N°26, Midolline N°24 and Puntine N°23. Made from 100% selected durum wheat semolina, the pastina moulds cook evenly, remain pleasantly bite-resistant and absorb broth and sauces optimally.

• Cooking times (indicative values): Puntine approx. 5 minutes. Stelline approx. 6 minutes, Corallini approx. 7 min., Risoni & Midolline approx. 10 minutes.
• Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water. Allergen: cereals containing gluten (wheat). Vegan.
• Preparation: 1L of water and 7-10g salt per 100g of pasta. Cook in sparkling water or directly in the soup, stirring occasionally.
• Perfect for: broths, vegetable soups, minestrone, creamy soups, casseroles, pasta salads and child-friendly plates.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Close well after opening.
