Cameo kefir cake berry dessert with kefir 100 g dessert mix with biscuit base, kefir cream and berry topping. Pour the kefir from the glass and the cream mixture into a tall bowl. For best results, stir with a mixer at medium speed for 3 minutes. If you do not have a blender, you can also use a spoon: the cream will soften and less voluminous. Spread the sprinkling mass evenly over 2-3 servings. Add cream and garnish with the berry topping. We recommend enjoying the desserts after 1 hour in the fridge: then they have the perfect consistency! Store the ready-to-eat product in the fridge and use within 2 days. Tip: you can also prepare your dessert with natural Greek yogurt or Skyr. Depending on the ingredients, taste and consistency may vary. Serving suggestion: 2-3 portions in a glass with 5 cm diameter. 4 servings in a finger food jar.
