Il Mulino di Napoli Caputo has stood for Italian mill art since 1924. The Cuoco variety is a strong soft wheat flour mixture type "00", developed for long dough guides with high stability and elasticity. Ideal for pizza Napoletana, Pinsa, Focaccia, Panini and Lievitati salati.
