Its use is exactly what you would do with coffee, but has some advantages: the ground barley is naturally caffeine-free, it is selected and always 100% Italian. In the moka or espresso maker: proceed as in the preparation of regular coffee, but only half fill the filter without pressing. For infusion: add the desired amount of barley to the boiling water (at least 2 tablespoons per half litre of water).
