De Cecco's Bucatini Piccoli are long, hollow pasta – a finer variation of the classic bucatino – perfect for recipes like all'Amatriciana, cacio e pepe or seafood. Made from durum wheat semolina and then dried slowly, they guarantee an authentic texture and excellent hold.
