De Cecco Linguine n°7 are long and flat pasta, trafiled with bronze for a naturally rough surface and slowly dried to ensure an excellent hold when cooked. Ideal with tomato-basil, pesto, seafood or lemon & olive oil sauces.

  • Origin: Italy
  • Cooking time: 12 minutes (al dente 10 minutes)
  • Process: bronze wire drawing & slow drying ~18h
  • Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water

Directions for use: 1 L of water and 10 g of salt per 100 g of pasta. Drain, reserving a little cooking water, then emulsify with the sauce for a brilliant and tasty result.

Store in a cool, dry place. Close carefully after opening.
