De Cecco Lumachine n°180 are short pasta in small shells that hold sauce and broth. Thanks to the slow drying, they remain firm and tasty, perfect for pasta e fagioli, minestrone, tomato sauces and pasta salads.

  • Origin: Italy
  • Cooking time: 6 minutes (adjust to taste)
  • Process: slow drying ~9h
  • Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water

Tips: 1 litre of water + 10 g of salt per 100 g of pasta. Keep a little cooking water to emulsify the sauce.

Keep dry and away from heat. Close carefully after opening.
