De Cecco Mezza Zita Tagliata n°117 are short and cut tubular pasta, ideal for generous sauces and gratin dishes. The slow drying gives them a firm and even texture, always perfect al dente.

  • Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water
  • Suitable for vegetarians

Directions for use: 1 litre of water + 10 g of salt per 100 g of pasta. Keep a little cooking water and emulsify with the sauce for a brilliant result.

Store in a cool, dry place. Close carefully after opening.
