Recipe ideas: orecchiette cime di rapa, tomato-basil, sausage & broccoli, ricotta & zucchini.
Directions for use: 1 litre of water + 10 g of salt per 100 g of pasta. Keep a ladle of cooking water and emulsify with the sauce.
Keep it dry and away from heat. Close carefully after opening.
