The Rigatoni n° 24 from De Cecco include straight-cut, grooved and short pasta. They have a diameter of 16 mm, average 45 mm long and between 1.11 and 1.18 mm thick. The Rigatoni can be used in many ways and prepared with a wide range of sauces.
