Ideas for use

• Perfect with ragù, meat sauces, mushrooms, fondant cheeses.
• Great as a gratin or with roasted vegetables.
• Also suitable for creamy tomato or pesto recipes.

Cooking Tips

• Al dente: 10 minutes | Classic: 12 minutes.
• Lots of salted water (10 g salt/L), stir at the beginning of cooking.
• Drain and mix immediately with the sauce.
