During milling, the special process of de Cecco fully preserves the parts of the wheat grain, including the precious grain germ.
For this reason, it is particularly suitable for creating fragrant homemade integral bread and for manual preparation or for automatic machines from excellent fettuccine, macaroni on guitar, gnocchi and another full format with or without eggs.
The detailed De Cecco Re -based semolina is an excellent alternative to the classic Re -Fund semolina and naturally rich in fibre and phosphorus and of course in proteins, iron, thiamminina (vit. B1), magnesium and zinc.
