De Cecco Zita Tagliata n°118 are short and wide tubular pasta that perfectly holds generous sauces (ragù, tomato, vegetables) and also lends themselves to pasta al forno. The slow drying ensures a firm and even texture, always perfect al dente.

  • Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water
  • Suitable for vegetarians

Directions for use: 1 litre of water + 10 g of salt per 100 g of pasta. Keep a little cooking water and emulsify with the sauce for a bright and tasty result.

Store in a cool, dry place. Close carefully after opening.
