Fior d'Arancio - Natural Orange Blossom Aroma (60 ml)
The classic aroma from the Italian patisseries: a few drops give dough, creams and syrups an elegant, floral citrus touch. Perfect for pastiera napoletana, colomba, yeast braids, biscuits, puddings, ice cream, fruit salads, cocktails and mocktails.
- Concentrated & Economical: 2-5g per kg of dough/cream (to taste).
- Liquid and homogeneous: can be easily dosed and worked in evenly.
- Tips: add at the end of the preparation to preserve the fragrances, harmonises with vanilla, lemon and almonds.
Note: Use as food flavoring only. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry and protected from light.
