Mummy Pulp preserves the freshness of freshly picked tomatoes. It is a unique product as it combines its tomato juice with the tomato juice and crushes it into fine pieces. It is the ideal choice for fish based preparations and for all recipes that require the use of raw summer tomatoes that have a similar fragrance, slightly herbal flavor and red colour. Mutti-Pulp has a higher water content than before and is therefore ideal for cooking at high temperatures e.g. in the oven or long cooking.
