CYLINDER WITH DOSSED INGREDIENTS FOR THE NAPOLETAN PASTIERA Prepare the classic Neapolitan Pastiera quickly and easily with our cylinder containing ingredients already dosed. CHIRICO Cooked Wheat, thanks to the gelled starch, allows to obtain a perfectly blended dough, reducing the need to add too much butter and eggs. The box contains: -240 g of shortbread preparation (soft wheat flour, sugar, wheat starch, soy flour, whey powder, stabiliser: xanthan gum; raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; flavourings, colouring: annatto) -220 g of GrGrGrGrGrGrGrRICO (wheat, water, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid) -20 g of candied orange (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose) -2 g of cinnamon powder -1 g of orange blossom aroma -0.5 g vanillin wheel for cooking in Oil. MAMAMAMAMAMAMAEntities to be added: -250 g of Ricotta Romana -4 Eggs -100 g of Butter Procedure: -Knead the pastry preparation with 1 egg and 80 g of butter. Form a dough and let it rest in the fridge. -In a bowl, mix cooked wheat, cottage cheese, sugar, 2 whole eggs, 1 yolk and flavourings. -Roll out the pad, leaving 1/3 aside for the decorative strips. -Line a buttered pan with the shortcrust spread out. -Pour the mixture into the pan and decorate with seven strips of pastry. -Bake at 180°C for 60 minutes. -Allow to cool before serving. The box contains: 300 g shortbread preparation, 220 g cooked wheat CHIRICO, 20 g Candied Orange, 2 g Cinnamon powder, 2 g Orange Blossom Aroma, 0.5 g Vanillin.
