The large, grooved shell noodles from Benevento: crafted according to the classic Lenta Lavorazione and bronze drawn for a rough surface that absorbs sauces excellently. Boil-resistant, aromatic and always al dente - ideal for filling and grating.

Perfect for:
  • Filled conchiglioni (e.g. Ricotta spinach, ragù, mushrooms, vegetables).
  • Casseroles and oven dishes with béchamel or tomato sugo
