The gluten-free Rummo Elicoidali No.49 is made using the traditional "Lavorazione al Vapore" process, which gives the pasta excellent cooking stability and a pleasantly rough surface. It is prepared from whole grain rice flour and corn flour and is therefore ideal for those who need to do without gluten without sacrificing real Italian pasta pleasure.
The grooved, tubular Elicoidali absorbs sauces perfectly and is particularly suitable for tomato sauces, vegetable sugo, meat ragout, oven dishes and casseroles. Thanks to the high-quality formula, the pasta stays al dente and does not stick together - ideal for families, guests and special occasions.
This package contains 4 bags of 400 g and is suitable for both daily needs and storage. Rummo has been known in Benevento since 1846 for excellent pasta quality - now also as a gluten-free version.
Preparation: Cook pasta in plenty of boiling, salted water and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Then drain, mix with your favourite sauce and serve immediately.
