The Rummo Elicoidali No.49 is a high-quality gluten-free pasta, made from whole grain rice and corn. Thanks to the exclusive Lavorazione al Vapore process, the texture of the pasta remains pleasantly bite-resistant and absorbs the sauce optimally.
The typically elicoidal, slightly twisted shape with ribbing ensures that any type of sauce - from simple tomato sauces to rich ragùs - clings perfectly to the surface of the pasta. Ideal for anyone who needs or wants to eat gluten free without sacrificing the enjoyment of a real Italian pasta.

Preparation: Put the pasta in plenty of boiling, salted water according to the cooking time indicated on the package (approx. 12 minutes) cook, drain and serve immediately with the desired sauce.
