Why this pasta is good and different from the others. I wanted to make a gluten-free pasta without compromising the enjoyment and consistency of classic pasta.
We only select GMO-free natural rice, yellow corn and white raw maize and then mix them with a natural and ancient element: steam.
Thanks to our steam processing method, we get a soft and balanced dough, which we then bronze pull to obtain a coarse land leaf that absorbs the spice perfectly. The result is this gluten-free rummo with unmatched consistency.
