Made according to the traditional Metodo Lenta Lavorazione: slow processing, careful drying and drawing al bronzo give the extra thick spaghetti a rough texture that binds sauces excellently. Result: reliable al dente with authentic Italian taste - perfect for everyday use and catering.

  • Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water. Allergen: Gluten Egg free, suitable for vegetarians/vegans.
  • Cooking time: approx. 12-13 minutes; try in time to achieve the desired bite resistance.
  • Suitable for: Tomato Sugo, Carbonara, Amatriciana, Cacio e Pepe, Frutti di Mare, Lemon & Basil.
  • Serving suggestion: boil in plenty of salted water (10 g salt/l), toss with Italian gourmet polpa, olive oil, garlic and basil to a velvety sauce.
