Soft almond paste enriched with the unmistakable aroma of cinnamon, packaged in individual fresh portions—perfect for a delicious break.
Ricciarelli take their name from Ricciardetto della Gherardesca, who, upon returning from the Crusades, brought almond-paste sweets to Tuscany that met with immediate and undisputed success.
INGREDIENTS: sugar – almonds 38% – powdered sugar 7% (sugar, corn starch) – soluble chicory fiber – pasteurized egg white (from free-range eggs) – cocoa powder 1% – flavorings – cinnamon 0.5% – preservative: sorbic acid – leavening agent: ammonium hydrogen carbonate – salt. May contain wheat, milk, soy, hazelnuts, and pistachios. Despite careful checks, the product may contain shell fragments or residues.
