Extra virgin olive oil with ginger infusion in spray, with a fresh, sharp and intense taste. This spice combines all the beneficial properties of EVO oil with those of ginger root.
Spraying with ginger has a unique taste: refugee, sharper almost sharp, but at the same time sensitive. Its signature perfume vaguely reminds of that of lemon.
Spraying ginger in extra virgin olive oil is ideal for raw fishing. Use it to cook and marinate your exotic dishes and also dispense it in wire or drops.
It is useful for adding a touch of freshness and fragrance to oven desserts, but also to dishes based on white meat, fish or crustaceans that replace the traditional lemon. We also recommend using it in combination with other spices such as cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg or chocolate.
