Sensitivity to the subject of women's work, understood as equal skill and opportunity, it lies in the DNA of our company, from 1938 to the mid-1950s it was led in the staff mainly feminine by Olga Zaini, one of the very rare Italian entrepreneurs of the time. Thus, it was natural for Luigi and Antonella Zaini to become a third generation who today runs the company, supporting the project proposed to them.
